About the role
You are the human desk behind 24/7 support. Tickets, in-app chat and support@profilebooking.com all land with this team.
You will look up bookings, explain supplier cancellation rules, match failed payments, and guide visa applicants when documents are missing.
Most email inquiries are answered within two hours. We do not ask travelers to email passport scans — those stay inside the visa wizard.
What we’re looking for
- Clear written English and Hindi
- Experience in travel, payments or customer operations
- Comfortable with ticket queues and booking references
- Calm under peak travel days and festival rushes
